“大益优秀国际学生奖学金”评定办法
为促进国际茶文化的交流与学习，推动大益公益活动的国际化，提升大益品牌的国际知名度与美誉度，彰显大益集团的国际视野与责任担当，云南大益爱心基金会特在全国高校设立“大益优秀国际学生奖学金”项目。
一、设立奖学金的目的
大益爱心基金会为助力国家“一路一带”倡议和云南“面向南亚、东南亚辐射中心”建设，围绕“助学育才”的宗旨，积极支持我国与南亚、东南亚各国的文化交流与人才培养，特设立“大益优秀国际学生奖学金”，以鼓励他们勤奋学习并传扬中国优秀传统文化，热心公益事业，关爱他人。
二、“大益优秀国际学生奖学金”项目基本内容
1.奖学金名称：大益优秀国际学生奖学金。
2.奖励对象：（1）以南亚、东南亚国家为主，兼顾其他国家在云南省各主要高等院校留学的优秀国际学生(云南大学、昆明理工大学、云南师范大学、云南农业大学、云南财经大学、西南林业大学、云南民族大学、大理大学推荐）；（2）除中国云南外其他大学南亚、东南亚的优秀国际学生。（3）申请对象为在读本科生、硕士生、博士生。
3.奖励标准：每学期奖励100+名符合条件的优秀国际学生，奖学金为每人每学期人民币5000元，申请周期为一学期一次。
4.申请对象来源：（1）各单位推荐（云南省8所合作高校）；（2）大益爱心基金会网站申请（省外各高校国际学生）。
5.实施时间：5至10年（即2021年至2030年）。
6.奖学金发放时间：经大益爱心基金会审核批准后，以学期为单位进行发放。
7.奖学金申请时间：每年3月、9月进行申报。
三、申请奖学金应具备的基本条件
1. 基本信息真实、完整，无违纪违法行为和不良记录；
2. 刻苦学习，努力钻研，成绩优异；
3. 热心社会公益事业，积极参加大益爱心基金会所举办的各类公益活动；
4. 热爱中华传统文化与茶文化；
5. 为人善良正直，诚实守信，品行端正，身体健康；
6. 项目要求需要符合的其他条件。
"TAETEA Outstanding International Student Scholarship" Evaluation Standard
In order to promote the spread of international tea culture and the globalization of Taetea public welfare activities, to develop the reputation of Taetea brand world-wide, and to highlight Taetea's commitment across the global, the Taetea Charity Foundation(TCF) had set up the Taetea Outstanding International Student Scholarship project in high-level educational institutions across the country.
一、Purpose of Initiating the Scholarship Project
Taetea Charity Foundation(TCF) is following the "Belt and Road Initiative" announced by the government and actively supporting the cultural exchange and the personnel training between China and countries in the Sourth and Southeast Asia. The Taetea Scholarship is specifically funded to promote extradinary candidates to participate in voluntary work, to love others, and to learn and spread traditional Chinese culture.
二、Basic Information of the Taetea Outstanding International Student Scholarship
1. Name of the scholarship: Taetea Outstanding International Student Scholarship;
2.Qualified Applicants;(1) Outstanding international students, mainly form South and Southeast Asia, studying at main high-level educational institutions of Yunnan(the Yunnan University,the Kunming University of Science and Technology, the Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, and etc.); (2) South and Southeast Asian students studying at other high-level educational institutions outside of Yunnan; (3) Currently enrolled undergraduate, master, and doctoral students;
3.Awarding Criteria:100+ qualified outstanding international students will be awarded each semester for 5,000RMB.The application period for scholarship will be once a semester;
4.Source of Applicants:(1) Recommended by each high-level institution (8 main universities in Yunnan)(2) Apply through the Taetea Charity Foundation(TCF)'s website;
5.Activation Period:5 to 10 years(i.e. 2021 to 2030);
6.Scholarship Issuing Time:After being reviewed and approved by the TCF, the scholarship will be distributed on a semester-by-semester basis;
7.Application Period:March and September of each year.
三、Basic Scholarship Application Requirements:
1. Applicants must ensure the information provided are real and complete.Applicants must have no personal history of any violation against the public regulation nor the Chinese law;
2. Applicants should be hard-working and extraodinary in their academic field (require official transcript or recommendation);
3. Applicants should be passionate about volunteering works and activities, especially those held by TCF;
4. Applicants should love traditional Chinese culture and tea culture;
5. Applicants should be kind-hearted, honest, and healthy;
6. Meet other conditions specified by the applying project.
